Mac Grading System

How we evaluate the condition of our Macs...

  1. We run diagnostic tests to check the health of the hardware components.
  2. We monitor the performance of the system to ensure it is running smoothly.
  3. We check for updates and patches to the operating system and installed software.
  4. We visually inspect the device for any physical damage or wear and tear.
  5. We consult with other professional repair technicians if we encounter any issues that we are unable to resolve on our own.
