Our refund policy is designed to provide our customers with a fair and straightforward process for returning products and receiving refunds.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. In order to be eligible for a refund, the Mac must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included. This means that the Mac should not have been used excessively, damaged, or have any missing parts or accessories.
Initiating a refund is simple. Contact our customer service team via email to request a return authorisation. Once your request has been approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the Mac. We will also arrange for Parcelforce to collect the Mac straight from your door, making the return process easy and convenient for you.
Once we receive the returned Mac, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the requirements for a refund. If the Mac is in its original condition and meets all the requirements, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost incurred for returning the Mac to us. However, in the event that a Mac is defective or arrived damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost. We stand behind the quality of our refurbished Macs, and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
